Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in their original packaging or missing original tags and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at parijanclothing@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Goods
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If your order is flawed, please email us at parijanclothing@gmail.com with photos or video evidence of the issue. We will guide you through the process for a free exchange.
Please note that exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or preferences regarding color, size, or texture.
Shipping and Fees
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where items were damaged in transit.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, provided the item and all accessories are returned in new condition.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within approximately 3-5 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times can vary.
